With the arrival of COVID-19, Matthew Liacos, Systems Engineer at New England Biolabs (NEB), and his CISO saw a need to rapidly accelerate their DMARC project to make sure they had the best possible phishing protection in place. The company had been DMARC reporting for some time and was also managing XML reports manually but this was a time and cost-intensive undertaking. Matthew noted: “Given the small size of our IT team, we needed to find a solution we could easily manage without it being too time-consuming once implemented.”

Given the urgency driving the DMARC implementation, time was of the essence for NEB. So when Matthew discovered the Investigate feature, it soon became his “favorite component of OnDMARC.” He commented: “The IT team at NEB are not messaging and email gurus, however, the Investigate tool ensures that that is not an obstacle. With this tool, we are able to validate each action taken inside OnDMARC by simply sending an email to the Investigate inbox. We then receive a quick and easy-to-digest report card letting us know whether the different email protocols have passed or failed. This saves me a ton of time.”
